Client Relationship Manager

Olivia Palfreyman is the Client Relationship Manager at Palfreyman Chartered Accountants, where she oversees client communications, office operations and education-based marketing strategies. Her approach is grounded in providing holistic support that empowers business owners and their teams with confidence, clarity and a strong focus on mental wellbeing.

Olivia holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), Diploma of Legal Practice and Bachelor of Social Science with Distinction from the University of Newcastle, and has previously practised as a corporate lawyer, before returning to our Firm. Her contributions to the business community have been recognised nationally, including being awarded the 2020 Women in Finance Office Administrator of the Year, the 2020 Australian Accounting Awards Accounting Support Staff of the Year, and the 2019 & 2020 30 Under 30 Accounting Awards Wellness Advocate of the Year.

Alongside her professional role, Olivia is an accomplished trainer and coach in the equestrian industry, running her own training stables ‘Moonbah Performance Horses’. Olivia specialises in dressage, working equitation and show horse disciplines. Some of her career highlights including currently competing at Advanced level dressage with the goal of moving through to FEI and ultimately Grand Prix, multiple national titles across the AQHA and PHAA breed circuits including being awarded the AQHA National Grand Champion Hack for 4 years consecutively since 2022, and competing at the Australian Working Equitation National Championships at Debutante F level.

Olivia is also actively involved in her community. She currently serves on the AQHA Traditional English Sub-Committee and has previously been a Board Member for the Cessnock Chamber of Commerce. With a strong passion for supporting youth grassroots sport, she has held leadership roles at Toronto Pony Club including Senior Club Captain, Chief Instructor and Club Treasurer. Her contributions have been widely recognised through awards such as the 2019 Maree Callaghan Young Female Achiever, 2018 Cessnock Young Citizen of the Year, and the PCANSW Keith Lowe Award.
