Customer service is always at the forefront of Palfreyman Chartered Accountants’ minds, and therefore it was wonderful to see Simone Palfreyman, Kayla Russell and Melanie Werdmuller being named finalists in the Cessnock Customer Service Awards 2020. Our team was so excited to celebrate Kayla Russell (Business Services Manager) bringing home the win in the “Finance” category and going on to be named the “Overall Professional Services” winner.
A big well done to all winners and finalists on the night and thank you to the Cessnock Chamber of Commerce for putting on this event in trying times.
